Gary McKinnon – loses extradition appeal

A Briton accused of hacking into top secret military computers has lost a Law Lords appeal against being extradited to stand trial in the US.

Gary McKinnon, 42, could face a life sentence if found guilty of gaining access to 97 American military and Nasa computers from his London home.

Glasgow-born Mr McKinnon has admitted breaking into the computers but said he was trying to find information on UFOs.

His lawyers said they would apply to the European Court to stop his removal.

Mr McKinnon first lost his case at the High Court in 2006 before taking it to the highest court in the UK, the House of Lords.

He was arrested in 2002 but never charged in the UK.

The US government claims he committed a malicious crime – the biggest military computer hack ever.

A statement by solicitors for McKinnon, who was not at the Lords to hear the judgement, said: “Gary McKinnon is neither a terrorist nor a terrorist sympathiser.

Edgar Mitchell – A TRUE PATRIOTIC ASTRONOMER

Edgar Mitchell the 6th man on the moon discloses more information on an internet radio show interview.

Bill Nye – The Disinformation Guy

Does Bill Nye represent the governments interest in keeping the UFO fact a secret or is Bill Nye a very simple man that is easily controlled by academia and the main stream media? Unfortunately I really like The Planetary Society and its mission. This is unfortunate because I can not stand to hear their main spokesperson even speak anymore. I have heard Bill Nye The Disinformation Guy give conjecture on topics that he really has no clue about; he always uses cliches and other predictively programmed responses. The way Bill argues “his” points seems to be right inline with what the main stream media does to get the majority to follow their ideologies. That is why I think he is knowingly or unknowingly being used by the government to get the majority (sheeple) of the world, to mentally slide pass the facts right in front of their face.

Maybe Bill should stick to what he knows best,  being a clown.

Leave scientific investigation to people who know that the facts of tomorrow are born from the theories of today and that condemnation without investigation is at the height of ignorance……..

Nuclear Facilities Shutdowns by UFOs- “The American government does not want the American people to know the facts.”

Video coverage is now available of CNN’s Larry King Live  interview with three former Air Force Officers along with UFO research expert Robert Hastings. The interviews describe compelling incidents involving shutdowns by UFOs of nuclear weapon launch facilities in the 1960’s. No public reports by military officials were ever made about these breaches of American air space or the shutdown of sensitive national security nuclear launch facilities.

In the video Mr. King boldly makes the claim on national television that this military witness evidence proves the American government does not want the American people to know the facts.

These 1960’s national security breaches of controlled air space are now placed in the historical context of a substantiated 2008 FAA Radar Report assembled by Glen Schulze and Robert Powell. According to the FAA data in the Schulze-Powell report, unambiguous radar returns show craft of unknown origin without transponders entered controlled air space in January of 2008.

These unknown craft appeared to move with impunity in controlled air space near Stephenville Texas and flew to within 10 miles of the Crawford Ranch of President Bush, commonly referred to as the Western White House in January 2008.

Although 2.8 million data bits of FAA radar returns clearly show unknown air craft in its records, strangely, military officials at the largest radar facility at Fort Worth Texas and other nearby military radar station officials stated they had nothing to report on for that night despite FOIA requests filed with them by Schulze and Powell.

Is it simply a matter of time until the government and military respond to the increasing pressure being placed on them by CNN to come forward with the truth about the UFO/ET cover-up and this incident? Or, will these officials remain ambivalent as demonstrated by their current policies and practices?

A representative from Exopolitics Toronto stated in a recent radio interview, “At some point government officials will have to respond to this issue openly because, the United States Air Force, the agency responsible for Homeland Security in the air, has demonstrated that it is incapable of dealing with these types of incursions into its air space, or, at the very least is unaware of or lying about them. It appears since the 1960’s the United States Air Force is just as incapable of dealing with UFOs in 2008 as it was then. Any of these scenarios is frightening if not insidious. Both the government and the Air Force are running out of explanations.”

Nuclear Bomb Still off Georgia’s coast

The ‘Mark 15, Mod 0′ nuclear bomb was jettisoned into the Atlantic Ocean off Savannah after a B-47 bomber and an F-86 fighter collided in mid-air. ‘The 7,600-pound, 12-foot-long thermonuclear bomb contained 400 pounds of high explosives as well as uranium’ and it was found off Tybee Island by retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Derek Duke.

This was a transitional device between the earliest, liquid-dueterium monsters and modern three-stage designs. They weren’t yet sure how to achieve efficient compression of the fusion stage, so they wrapped the bomb in highly-enriched uranium to be sure the fusion stage would light off. The bomb had a design yield of 1.7 megatons, and something like 1.3 megatons of that would be due to the fission of the U-235 jacket.

That means that this bomb contains a lot of weapons grade uranium. Again, 1.3 megatons of yield from the fission of uranium. The largest pure-fission bomb we ever detonated was the 500-kiloton Mark 18 prototype, and that used about 60 kilograms of HEU. Assuming linear scaling, that means we’re looking at upwards of 156 kilograms of HEU in this bomb. Critical mass of uranium’s about 16 kilograms. Double that to overengineer a bomb, and that means whoever gets their mitts on this thing could build 4 or 5 crude Hiroshima-type bombs, each with a yield of several kilotons.

Radar Data Supports Stephenville, Texas UFO Sightings The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) releases its full report on the Stephenville sightings of January 8th, 2008 Radar data obtained by MUFON confirms that there were Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) flying above Stephenville, Texas, January 8th, 2008, just as many eyewitnesses had reported and which made headlines worldwide. MUFON’s analysis of the radar data obtained through freedom of information act (FOIA) requests to the National Weather Service and the FAA show that unknown flying objects were on a direct course to President Bush’s Crawford ranch and were separate from the known F-16 jets the same radar data confirmed were flying in the area that night. The unknown radar targets, which did not have required identification transponders, exhibited strange flight characteristics beyond that of known civilian or military aircraft. NASA hacker appeals to House of Lords to overturn extradition

A Briton who hacked into NASA’s computers has asked the House of Lords to overturn his extradition to the US.

The US wants to deport Glasgow-born Gary McKinnon from the UK and it has gained the approval of former home secretary John Reid on its extradition request.

McKinnon, a former sys admin, says he spent two years hacking into a number of US government systems looking for evidence of extra-terrestrial life. He is accused of illegally accessing computers belonging to the US army, navy, air force, NASA and the Department of Defense.

McKinnon is asking the Lords to overturn the proposed extradition on the grounds of an abuse of legal processes by US officials engaging in plea bargaining.

Representing McKinnon in the House of Lords on Monday, lawyer David Pannick told Law Lords that prosecutors said McKinnon faced 8-10 years in jail if he contested the charges, but only 37-46 months if he co-operated.

McKinnon claims that, as part of the offer if he co-operated, he was told that he could serve part of his sentence in the UK.

He claims that the US was not prepared to guarantee the offer in writing, and he declined to co-operate.

Pannick argued on Monday that it was not disputed that the courts could refuse to extradite people if they considered there had been an abuse of process.

He said: “If the United States wish to use the processes of English courts to secure the extradition of an alleged offender then they must play by our rules.”

Clare Montgomery, a lawyer representing the Home Office, said no threats were issued by the US authorities and the extradition should be allowed to proceed.

The Law Lords have the right to block the extradition, in which case McKinnon could still face charges in the UK.

McKinnon’s case has already been through multiple legal stages. Last year, his lawyers told London’s High Court that he had been subject to improper threats and that extradition would breach his human rights.

McKinnon says that if he loses the Lords appeal, he will take the case to the European Court of Human Rights.

If the extradition goes ahead, McKinnon faces a sentence of up to 60 years under terrorism charges.

If he wins the case, McKinnon says he will “spend a lot of time” trying to get the Extradition Treaty changed. US Congress has not ratified the Treaty, which was created in 2003.

The law lords will present their verdict in around three weeks.
